VL-Han talks about GameGune PDF Print E-mail

As we all know, Vatos Locos got invited in the GameGune event in Spain. We took this opportunity have a few words from the leader of the team, Dimitris "Han" Mitzas.

SP-Quzel :We are here with the leader of the greek team Vatos Locos who grants to give us a mini interview for the invite they took in a big european event called GameGune . So Han firstly are you going to accept this challenge given to your team being invited to such a tour like GameGune according to what you have done in the last performances ?

VL-Han : Yes ofcourse its a big challenge for us this event but its not a hundred percent sure that we will attend tis tournament

SP-Quzel : Indeed its a real challenge , are you going to attend the event with your full lineup or are there going to be an absense?

VL-Han : No we aim to go with our standard lineup, otherwise our participation would not have any meaning. We are practicing for some time for the ESWC Quals and from the moment this chance was given to as, its a good team testing for our skills out of greece

SP-Quzel : I would say that you get to retest your abilities and show that your performances in the WCG finals in Germany were not symptomatic.

VL-Han : Yes, I think we had a very good performance at that tour for a greek team. It is good that now, we do not need the greek quals to get through to play in big europe events.

SP-Quzel : What could we expect from team Vatos Locos in GameGune ?

VL-Han : In my opinion, i can say that we are very well prepaired as we are practising for the ESWC quals about 2 months every day. We also have the experience of european tournaments so i think that we can make some good appearances

SP-Quzel : In this event you believe that you will get any good results as big teams have been added to the tour?

VL-Han : Look after the win we had against the MTW, "fear" is not an element in our style of play and we feel more confident and relaxed ,also the last 2 months we play only with european teams so we get used to their style of gaming. Until now there is not a "monster" team such as fnati,c SK, mym or mtw so i believe we can pass trough the brackets

SP-Quzel : I can say that maybe there are no monster teams as you said but there are teams skilled enough in europe. Are you so confident that you will go to the brackets ?

VL-Han : All teams are very good, there is no doubt for that but as i said these teams are not a big power in their countries, and we also need good and many hour practice to be a "power" in Counter Strike . We were in a bad condition when the kode5 quals were taking place so we need some good results in GameGune

SP-Quzel : Everywhere the are some bad moments in teams. I wish you to get what you want and maybe come back to greece with 1st place and of course a price .Thank you for your time good luck.:P
